Cardinals Lawyers and Consultants was established in 2010 by founder Richard Homsany who sought to create a boutique law firm representing entrepreneurs, high net-worth individuals as well as privately held and public companies. We offer specialised advice and corporate support across a range of areas such as equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as energy and resources.

The firm fully embraces a lean and agile model providing value-driven advice. Cardinals can deliver a fully-inclusive service, tailored to fulfil all our clients business’s needs and where beneficial to our client, we collaborate with other advisors and experts.  Our experienced lawyers draw on national and local market knowledge to deliver highly specialised and commercially-focused advice to assist our clients achieve their strategic objectives.

We are small, but effective and we have the track record to prove it. Our team has been involved in extensive resources projects, M&A deals and public company listings and investment transactions in recent years. We add value by de-leveraging and giving our clients direct access to senior lawyers who understand their industry at all times.
